The Lao Airlines Luang Prabang branch received ISO certificate

The Lao Airlines Luang Prabang branch received ISO certificate 9001:2008 recognizing the quality of its passenger services, reservation and ticketing, ground handling and cargo services. The certificate was presented by the Societe Generale de Surveillance (SGS) General Manager, Mr. Montree Tangtermsirikul to Lao Airlines Luang Prabang Branch General Manager Mr. Viengsamai Sirirath.  The ceremony was attended by the Deputy Minister of public works and Transport, Mr. Lattanamany Khounnivong, Luang Prabang Provincial Deputy Governor, Dr. Bouakhong Nammavong and The President of Lao Airlines, Dr. Somphone Douangdara along with officials from relevant sector.

Lao Airlines is improving different aspects of its business and operations to international standards, especially services, marketing and administration so that it can maintain the confidence of its customers.
