Passengers should ensure to check-in by the following times:
– International Flights: at least 2 hours prior to scheduled departure time.

If you have not completed check-in formalities and have a boarding pass by the above timeline, you will not be able to travel on the flight. Depending on the fare conditions of your ticket, a failure to check-in on time may also result in:
– Your ticket become invalid for travel or non-refundable if there are restrictions on changes. You will need to make a new booking and purchase a new ticket.
