General Terms and Conditions

1. Child below 12 years old with seat, pay 75 percent of the full fare.
2. Infant without seat pay 10 percent of the full fare. Must travel with parents.
3. No show charge fee will be applied.
4. Itinerary receipts should be printed and presented at check-in.

Baggage Allowance

• Economy Class (Easy): No free checked baggage allowance for adults, children and infants.
• Economy Class (Saving, Promo, Silver, Gold): Maximum weight allowance is 20 Kg (44lb) for adults and children and 10kg (22lb) for infants.
• Business Class: Maximum weight allowance is 30kg (66lb) for adults and children and 10kg (22lb) for infants.
