Passengers should ensure to check-in by the following times:
Note: Online check-in is not available for the following cases:
- Passengers traveling with infants (> 2 years old) or pregnant passengers
- Passengers with mobility restrictions (disability) or who need special assistance
- Unaccompanied Minors
- There are more than 9 passengers on the same reservation code
- All checked bags must be presented at the check-in counter

AIRPORT CHECK-IN
- International Flights
- Open: 2hrs 30min prior to scheduled departure time
- Close: 60min prior to scheduled departure time
- Domestic Flights
- Open: 2hrs 30min prior to scheduled departure time
- Close: 40min prior to scheduled departure time
Remark: The check-in counter opening hours are subject to change.
- You must present your boarding pass along with your passport (valid for 6 months) or an unexpired ID (local) to enter the airport. Please read the information below carefully and print your boarding pass before going to the airport. Please read out Terms & Conditions at www.laoairlines.com
- If you have not completed check-in formalities and have a boarding pass by the above timeline, you will not be able to travel on the flight. Depending on the fare conditions of your ticket, a failure to check-in on time may also result in:
- Your ticket becomes invalid for travel or non-refundable if there are restrictions on changes. You will need to make a new booking and purchase a new ticket.
- A change fee and/or a fare difference for the new applicable fare.
Note: You should carry your traditional paper ticket or itinerary receipt (or e-ticket) with you at all times for both international and domestic flights.
