Please contact the travel agency that has made your booking.

Bookings made on laoairlines.com or the Lao Airlines mobile app

Please send an email to onlinebooking@laoairlines.com or mbqv@laoairlines.com (pick only one) to make changes to your booking or request a refund. If you are in Laos, you can also call 1626 or visit our ticketing office on Manthatourath Road in Vientiane.

Notes on refunds

• Not all fares are refundable. Please check the fare rules.
• If you have paid with a credit/debit card, we will refund the amount back to the same card. Please allow 4-6 weeks processing time.
