To support our growth and continued excellence, we are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Expert to join our team full-time in Vientiane.

🎯 Objectives

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue management strategy

  • Optimize pricing and inventory control across all routes and fare classes

  • Forecast demand and adjust pricing and capacity accordingly

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities

  • Improve RM processes and systems

  • Create workflow manuals and staff guidance materials

  • Train and mentor Lao Airlines staff on RM best practices

📘 Scope of Work

  • Strategy Development: Align revenue strategies with business goals and KPIs

  • Pricing Optimization: Use data and market insights to create competitive fare strategies

  • Inventory Control: Manage seat allocation and implement overbooking strategies

  • Demand Forecasting: Build accurate models for demand-driven decisions

  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead

  • Performance Reporting: Deliver regular analysis and actionable insights

  • System Optimization: Improve usage and effectiveness of RM tools (PROS RME)

  • Manual Development: Document clear RM processes and workflows

  • Training & Mentoring: Build internal capacity through staff engagement

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, marketing, and network planning

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics (Master’s preferred)

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in airline revenue management

  • Strong grasp of revenue management techniques and tools (especially PROS RME)

  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills

  • Effective communicator with team leadership capabilities

  • Experience in Asia-Pacific region is a plus

📍 Duration & Location

  • Duration: 3 years (extendable)

  • Location: Vientiane, Laos

📋 Reporting

This position reports to the Deputy Director of the Commercial & Marketing Department at Lao Airlines.
